Book Online Consultations
You can use NHS online to take care of your health-related issues if you can’t get to your local GP clinic. Receive quick and professional advice for a range of health concerns with an online doctors consultation.
If you cannot attend your appointment or consultation, please ensure you cancel as soon as you know you cannot make it, to open up the slot for another patient who requires our health care services.
Online Consultation (24/7)Our clinicians may use a secure digital transcription tool, approved to NHS Digital Clinical Safety Standards, to support accurate documentation of consultations. No voice recordings are stored after transcription. If you would prefer not to have your consultation transcribed, please let the clinician know.

See a practice nurse at your local doctor surgery
If you need to come in and see a practice nurse, they can advise you on many aspects of general healthcare and provide the following checks:
- Blood Pressure
- Diabetes
- Child immunisations
- Asthma
- New patient checks
- Child immunisations
- Cervical smears
We also offer advice for pre and postmenopausal women and foreign travel. We no longer cover a few issues. We are no longer able to perform ear syringing and refer cases of wound dressing and post-op stitch removal to the nursing team at the Sudbury hub.
Ask at reception for help with recommendations and referrals for these issues.
