Our Clinical Team
At GP Pathfinder Clinics, we are proud to operate with one of the most diverse and highly skilled clinical teams in NHS primary care.
Our multi-disciplinary approach means that patients are seen by the most appropriate clinician for their needs — quickly and efficiently.
Our Clinical Roles
General Practitioners (GPs)
Our GPs are fully qualified, GMC-registered doctors with extensive experience in all aspects of primary care. They manage a wide range of acute and long-term conditions, provide referrals to specialist services, and oversee the overall care of our patients.
Nurse Practitioners
Our Nurse Practitioners are experienced registered nurses with advanced clinical training who can assess and manage a wide range of health conditions. They provide expert care for patients of all ages, including cervical smear tests, childhood immunisations, wound assessment and treatment, and travel health advice and vaccinations.
Prescribing Pharmacists
Our clinical pharmacists are experts in medicines and can manage medication reviews, long-term conditions, and prescribe where appropriate. They play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the right medicines safely.
Practice Nurses
Our practice nurses provide a wide range of clinical services including cervical screening, vaccinations, wound care, chronic disease management, and health checks.
Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)
Our HCAs support the clinical team by carrying out routine health checks, blood tests, and other clinical tasks under the supervision of qualified clinicians.
